Returns the state of a report and, once it is built, where to read it. Needed parameters: report_id path parameter, as returned when you started it. Purpose: know when the report is ready. While status is pending there is nothing to show; when it is ready report_url is the page to send to the business owner and pdf_url is the same report as a file. Status partial means the report exists but the AI section could not be produced; failed means it could not be built, and failure_reason says why.
